gave your motel one more chance, after my previous email and complaint I had sent to this website.
Once again I came and spent the night at your Duncanville location off I-20 & jellison rd. This time when I arrived and walked up to the front desk, there was noone up front to greet me and my fiancee. After a few moments I asked aloud if anyone was working? Then a rude voice came from back behind the lobbys front desk that said " yeah, hold on!" I looked at my fiancee with shock of the attitude of the voice. Then after about 5 minutes, this young man came from around back up to the desk and never apologized for the wait and just ask for id and single or double , then smoking or non. Without a bit of friendliness or hospitality, he gives my id back along with roomkey and , I ask where is our room located? He replys with a finger pointing behind him and says back there. So I just left it at that , because obivously we were interrupting or disrupting something more important he had going on besides his job. So we search for our room somewhere back behind where he pointed, and our room key would not open the door. We dreaded having to go and wait in the lobby again for this guy to fix our card , so once again, we halla out if anyone was working and about 10 this time he finally came out from the back and was ruder than the first time and said "what do you want"?? & my man spoke up and said our key wouldn't open our door and could he please fix it for us. He rolled his eyes , swiped the card again and said " well you probably didn't do it right and I just scaned an active card so . . . . . And he slapped the card down in front of us and turned and walked away. In disbeleif of the service we were receiving and hadn't even been inside of our room yet, we headed towards the room for the second time , finally the card worked and we went inside. Room looked nice, but the air conditioner vents and filters were covered in close to a 1/4 inch worth of dust and dirt from not being cleaned. And the shower leaked from the room right above us. And water continuously ran and collected on the bathroom floor. It was dangerous every time we entered the bathroom cause we could have slipped and fell at any time. That was all until the next morning when we were rudely woken up by some one beating on the door and my man got up and finally answered the door and it was someone who had the wrong room number and was quite angry at who ever he was trying to find in that hotel. I can't believe I wasted over $50 for y'alls motel again. But I had receive a reply letter from last time I visited and was given a full apology and promise that if I was to give this motel another try, that everything would be resolved and I'd have a pleasant experience next time. So , I decided to believe that and try it one more time. It was a foul and horrible mistake . Ive never felt so uncomfortable and unappreciated for my money spent at a business, in all my life. I want my money back or some type of way to replace the money the time we threw away at your place of business and an appoligy for the unnecessary rudeness we were served while we we're there. I will let my friends and others know about my experience and make sure they don't get treated the same and waste their hard earned money either. Very disappointed, Ms. Millender & Mr. Durham.
